Shoulder – Measure from one shoulder tip to the other
Chest – Measure under the arms around the fullest part of the chest and across shoulder blades
Bodice length – Measure from mid shoulder to natural waistline
Sleeve length – Measure from shoulder tip to the cuff.
Waist – Measure around your natural waistline. Waist measurement should be pulled snug.
Hips – Measure around the fullest part of the body at the top of the legs
Length – Measure from shoulder top to the bottom hem.
Outseam - Measure from top on waist band up to bottom of the pants.
Inseam - Measure the distance from the top inner part of your thigh through to the bottom of the pants.
Leg opening - Measure bottom of leg from one side to another.
Mint – The piece looks brand new with next to no signs of wearing. Applies to deadstock or virgin vintage usually.
Excellent –The piece is in good condition with usual signs of wear and tear that are to be expected for vintage clothing.
Great – The piece has normal signs of wear and tear expected for vintage clothing with minor damages that do not detract from the piece.
Good –The piece has obvious signs of wear and tear, but is still wearable. The product can be fixed to improve the condition.
+ Love Your Vintage Right
Please carefully check the garment’s label instruction if come with the garment and wash according, highly recommended to put the garment in a mesh bag, wash separately to avoid colour transfers (faded) and damage cause by other items.
Silk – Dry clean or hand wash with small amount of mild soap or liquid detergent. Dry cool, press with a low iron setting.
Chiffon –Machine wash with cool water and small amount of mind soap or liquid detergent. Dry cool, press with a low iron setting or use steam.
Cotton – Machine wash with cool water with a small amount of mild soap or liquid detergent. Dry at a lower heat and press with a low iron.
Polyester –Machine wash in warm/ cool water with a small amount of mild soap or liquid detergent. Iron polyester fabrics at a moderate temperature setting, or use steam.
Linen –Dry clean or hand wash with cool water with small amount of mild soap or liquid detergent. Iron linen from the inside out, using steam at a medium iron setting.
Denim – Machine wash with warm/ cool water.

All Sugar Cream Vintage items are real Vintage pieces that may have been previously worn and may show some wear. We do our best to describe our garments as clearly and accurately as possible. All items have been measured carefully.
We provide measurements and details of any flaws and categorize each garment based on our Vintage Category Chart. Tag sizes are shown where possible. These are to be used as a guide only and will vary based on the garment’s country of origin. Where possible we have indicated the country of origin as a further guide only.
We try our best to photograph our products to show them in their most real color.
*We strongly recommended to check the measurements carefully before purchasing and please feel free to contact us at sugarcreamvintage@gmail.com, or Send Us a Message via this website if you have any questions about the sizing, fit or color of our products.
However, we will accept returns only on items that have been grossly misrepresented or
IF there is any defects, faulty and listed incorrectly.

at sugarcreamvintage@gmail.com to request the return of an item
with the SUBJECT line "Attn: Request for a Return + Order number ”.
Your e–mail should include:
1. Your Name (that you placed the order with)
2. Your Order Number
3. The reason for returning or exchanging.
As much details as you can provide is really helpful for us!
*Items must be in the same condition as when you received it without any signs of wearing.
*SALE items are not accepted.
*Please contact your closest local post office in order to return your item with recorded shipping.
*Your shipment return must be postmarked within 30 days after confirmation of your order.
Return Shipping Fees
Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or mis-delivered parcels.
It is the customer's responsibility to track return shipments.
After we receive the parcel, we will process the refund via the same payment method used to place the order.
